About Roses and the Divine Union
About Roses and the Divine Union
When I look at climbing roses, they give me a beautiful image of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine.
The rose wants to climb, to reach upwards, to grow.
To me, she carries the energy of the Divine Feminine.
She is beauty, inspiration, creation.
And for her growth to be possible, she needs support.
She needs something to lean on, some structure, some guidance.
This is how I see the Divine Masculine.
When both are in balance, we can speak of Divine Union.
In our modern world, where everything goes fast and we are expected to be productive all the time, the feminine is often neglected.
Taking decisions from the heart, listening to our intuition, resting, taking time for ourselves — all of this can seem less important, even though it is not.
Through the Rose, I have learned to come back to my authentic self and to reconnect with my Divine Feminine.
I have learned that taking care of myself is important.
When I feel good and nourished inside, because I have taken time to care for myself, then I am also a better human being, wife, and mother, because I feel more relaxed and more in inner balance.
Maybe this is also one of the teachings of the Rose:
that true growth happens when the feminine and the masculine can meet in harmony.
